Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Coordinator – Soft Services to manage housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, reception and catering across assigned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained environment.

You will work with vendors to monitor service levels, support minor repairs, enforce health and safety rules, and report on service delivery to facility management. On-site Bengaluru location with 48 weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience in CRE or corporate environments.
• Proven vendor management and service coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping and catering.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet SLAs and budgets.
• Support basic technical maintenance with HVAC and lighting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain records.
• Prepare performance reports and updates for facility management.
