Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an AFM Hygiene Manager for on-site Bengaluru operations. You will lead daily cleaning, audit readiness, and team management to ensure compliant hygiene standards across facilities.

Responsibilities include hygiene management of workspaces, breakouts, common areas, stock and PPE control, vendor liaison, and incident reporting. You will drive continuous improvement and safety culture with 48 weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Hygiene Management of workspaces and conference rooms
• Breakout / Cafeteria cleanliness and dishwash
• Common area cleanliness
• Maintain 52-week cleaning checklists and schedules
• Update cleaning app on time
• Report management and audits
• Maintain all documents for audits
• Suggest improvements to optimize processes
• Maintain cleaning supplies and PPE stock
• Manage inventory and reorder quantities
• Lead and manage the cleaning team and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure proactive communication with stakeholders and other FM functions
• Site operations management and continuous quality improvement
• Liaise with vendors for programs and events
• Provide 24/7 emergency support and site attendance
• Implement property risk management and escalation procedures
• Support in policy adherence and KPI/SLA achievement
