Job summary

Enasia Import Export Corporation is seeking a facilities manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of all facility systems and equipment. You will lead preventive maintenance, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate holds an Industrial Engineering degree, may have a professional license, and has experience in facility management or industrial operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Experience in facility management or industrial operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, gensets, electrical systems, water treatment, and elevators is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
