Job summary

Testech Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection functions at our Calamba site.

You will ensure efficient department operations, drive continuous improvement, and supervise technicians across multiple disciplines. The role requires a background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering, knowledge of maintenance practices, and the ability to read complex plans and schematics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering Course (Preferably Electrical/Mechanical and License)
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems and devices
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance system principles and objectives
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical plans, complex circuit schematics, blueprints

About the role

Responsible to all functions within Facilities Department (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection). Ensure that the departments are functioning economically and achieve continuous improvement in facility department.

About you

• Graduate of any Engineering Course (Preferably Electrical/Mechanical and License)
• Knowledge of the theory and practical repair and maintenance of various electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic control systems and devices
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical construction and maintenance practices and procedures
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance system principles and objectives
• Skill in the practical application of electrical and mechanical testing devices to diagnose system/equipment failures or efficiency levels
• Skill in operating a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to read and apply electrical and mechanical plans, complex circuit schematics, blueprints
