Job summary

Classic Baker Corporation is seeking a qualified Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities programs in the Philippines. The role requires leading a team, defining KPIs, and driving continuous improvement for production facilities.

The candidate should have an engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical), a professional license if possible, and substantial supervisory or managerial experience to guide cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related to Project and Maintenance Management.
• Professional engineering license preferred.
• 2 years managerial or 5 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and defines primary functions of direct reports and key performance indicators per position under the department.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives on facilities critical to production, to regulatory and to external clients.
• Leads maintenance program development for buildings and grounds, generators, transformers, ventilation units, refrigeration and air-conditioning units, water filtration, tube ice machine, crates washing, wastewater treatment, fire detection and alarm system, and related scopes not under engineering.
• Manages contract-based and in-house projects within the facilities scope from planning to commissioning.

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree

• Manages contract-based and in-house projects within the scope of facilities from planning to commissioning phase
