Job summary

DoloMatrix Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team in San Fernando.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, utilities, and equipment, ensuring safe operation and compliance with standards. The role requires a college degree or TESDA NC II/III in relevant fields, with at least three years in facility or plant maintenance, and the ability to work on shifts and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• College degree or TESDA NC II/III in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in facility maintenance, plant maintenance, or industrial setting.
• In depth knowledge of electrical systems, basic mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Experience using hand and electrical tools, power tools, and testing instruments.
• Skills in problem-solving, attention to details, ability to work on shifts and on call for emergencies.
• Preferably with driving skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
