Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years of hands-on experience, TESDA HVAC NC II/III certification, and willingness to travel to out-of-town projects. Overtime work may be required according to project needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician.
• HVAC NC II/III TESDA certification is required or equivalent license.
• Willing to travel and work overtime on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Check electrical systems, plumbing lines, and HVAC units regularly to spot problems early
• Fix broken fixtures, patch drywall, paint walls, and clear clogged drains
• Perform scheduled upkeep on machinery and building equipment to avoid sudden breakdowns
• Handle urgent issues like water leaks or power failures quickly to reduce damage
• Log completed work orders, track repair supplies, and report major issues to management
