Job summary

FELCRIS HOTELS AND RESORTS CORPORATION in Davao City is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems across our properties.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document service logs, and support operations during events, with TESDA certification preferred and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• TESDA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
