Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of facility systems (Aircon, ventilation, UPS, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Monitor preventive maintenance and perform periodic inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; coordinate with building management and contractors.
• Monitor performance of facility systems; implement upgrades for efficiency.
• Maintain building automation systems (BMS).
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regs and environmental standards.
• Manage facility-related projects: renovations, installations, upgrades; prepare budgets and timelines.

A Facility Engineer manages and maintains facility systems for BPO such as Aircon, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems. They ensure the facility operates smoothly, complies with safety standards, and supports business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Maintenance & Operations Oversee daily operations of facility systems (Aircon, ventilation., UPS, PACU, FDAS, AFSS, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Monitor preventive maintenance Conduct periodic facility inspections Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures Coordinate with building management and contractors
• 2. System Management Monitor performance of facility systems to ensure efficiency Implement upgrades or improvements to enhance functionality Maintain building automation systems (BMS)
• 3. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Conduct safety audits and risk assessments Maintain fire protection and emergency systems
• 4. Project Management Manage facility-related projects such as renovations, installations, and upgrades Prepare project budgets, timelines, and specifications Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
• 5. Energy Management Monitor energy usage and recommend cost‑saving initiatives Implement energy efficiency programs Support sustainability initiatives
• 6. Client Satisfaction Client coordination Address Client raised concern on a timely manner.
• 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and system documentation Track KPIs such as equipment downtime and maintenance costs Prepare reports for management
