Daniellah's Junkshop is seeking a Facility and Equipment Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and safe operation of facilities, utilities, and equipment.
You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and track asset performance. Coordinate with external service providers to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted business operations.
The Facility and Equipment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of the company's facilities, buildings, utilities, and equipment. This role ensures that all company assets are safe, functional, and compliant with government regulations while minimizing equipment downtime and supporting uninterrupted business operations.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of company buildings, offices, warehouses, production areas, and other facilities.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities.
Monitor utilities such as electricity, water, air-conditioning systems, plumbing, and lighting.
Coordinate renovation, improvement, and construction projects within company premises.
Conduct regular facility inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and local building regulations.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, machinery, vehicles, and material handling equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.
Ensure proper calibration, testing, and servicing of equipment.
Maintain equipment maintenance records and service history.
Maintain an updated inventory of company facilities, equipment, tools, and fixed assets.
Monitor asset utilization and recommend replacement or disposal of obsolete equipment.
Assist in procurement of maintenance materials, spare parts, and equipment.
Ensure facilities and equipment comply with company safety policies and government regulations.
Conduct workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments.
Coordinate emergency repairs and facility-related incidents.
Support safety audits and regulatory inspections.
Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor maintenance expenses.
Evaluate quotations from suppliers and contractors.
Recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions without compromising quality and safety.
Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, mechanics, and facility personnel.
Assign daily work schedules and monitor productivity.
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Promote teamwork and adherence to company policies.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Licensed Engineer is an advantage but not required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management, equipment maintenance, or engineering operations.
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, or industrial operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and Philippine building regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.

Candidates with experience supervising the maintenance of industrial facilities, warehouses, manufacturing plants, construction equipment, heavy machinery, or logistics operations are highly preferred. Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, generators, compressors, forklifts, and heavy equipment maintenance is a strong advantage. Experience coordinating with government agencies such as DOLE, BFP, DENR, and local building authorities is also beneficial.
