Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or supervisory experience in civil, electrical, and mechanical maintenance operations.
• Experience in building facilities management and equipment preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and planning skills.

Responsibilities
