Cuervo Far East, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administration of the company's facilities and fleet in Metro Manila.
You will implement preventive maintenance, manage service contracts, and ensure safety, compliance, and cost control. The role requires 3–5 years in facilities management with experience in fleet administration, OSHS compliance, and strong leadership.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of company facilities while managing the organization’s fleet of vehicles. The role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, compliant with Philippine regulations, and that company vehicles are properly maintained, efficiently utilized, and compliant with applicable government requirements.
Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of corporate office.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and utilities.
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvement projects with contractors and service providers.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of company premises.
Manage facility-related service contracts, including housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, and building maintenance.
Monitor facility operating expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), Fire Code of the Philippines, and other applicable government regulations.
Conduct regular facility inspections and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of company-owned and leased vehicles.
Monitor vehicle utilization, preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, insurance, and registrations.
Coordinate vehicle servicing with accredited dealerships and repair shops.
Ensure compliance with LTO registration, insurance, emission testing, and other legal requirements.
Maintain accurate fleet records, including maintenance history, fuel consumption, mileage, and repair costs.
Monitor fuel usage and recommend initiatives to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Investigate vehicle incidents and coordinate accident reporting, insurance claims, and repairs.
Ensure drivers comply with company policies, road safety regulations, and vehicle operating procedures.
Assist in vehicle procurement, disposal, and replacement planning.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and service providers.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance.
Maintain an inventory of company assets, office equipment, furniture, and facility-related supplies.
Ensure proper documentation of asset issuance, transfers, and disposals.
Prepare facility and fleet operational reports, maintenance schedules, and budget recommendations.
Monitor departmental budgets and control operational expenses.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments regarding facility and fleet requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor, safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, including Fleet Management.
Experience supervising maintenance personnel, drivers, contractors, and third-party service providers.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, building operations, and fleet administration.
Familiarity with LTO requirements, vehicle insurance, preventive maintenance scheduling, and fleet documentation.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), Fire Safety regulations, and other Philippine government compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CMMS or Fleet Management Systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling multiple sites or nationwide facilities.
Background in fleet cost analysis and fuel management.
Experience managing company-owned and leased vehicles.
Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
Professional certifications in Facilities Management or Occupational Safety are an advantage.
