IBEX GLOBAL in Davao City, Philippines, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee equipment, infrastructure maintenance, and sanitation across its facilities. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, supervise site helpers, and manage repairs and improvements with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Construction or Electrical required.
• Supervisory Management Certificate required.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in facility management.
• Experience in Project Management would be an asset.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Facility operations is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the Preventive Maintenance Program for assigned Office Buildings and other Properties.
• Supervise Site Office Helpers/House Keeping/Janitorial services.
• Coordinate acquisition and distribution of office supplies, appliances, equipment and furniture.
• Oversee repairs, rehabilitation and construction projects with external contractors.
