Job summary

IBEX GLOBAL Philippines seeks a Facilities Supervisor to coordinate ongoing maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness across assigned facilities. You will supervise housekeeping and janitorial teams, and oversee preventive maintenance programs and external refurbishments.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree and a supervisory management certificate, with at least 3 years in facilities management and basic MEP knowledge. This full‑time, on‑site role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Construction or Electrical (or related field).
• Must have a Supervisory Management Certificate.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Experience in Project Management would be an asset.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Facility operations is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Preventive Maintenance Program for assigned Office Buildings and Properties.
• Supervise the Site Office Helpers/House Keeping/Janitorial services.
• Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of office supplies, appliances, equipment and furniture, and other related spares.
• Oversee refurbishing/maintenance works carried out by external contractors.
• Perform minor repairs to infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and equipment; escalate when needed.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and keys; support facilities improvements.
