Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Facilities Administrator to oversee complex maintenance and repairs across our office environment. You will ensure requests align with service level agreements and may lead a small team under the Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance/repair requests are carried out per SLA.
• Support distribution of service requests related to facilities.
• Conduct daily building inspections to comply with safety laws.
• Document and report maintenance progress to management.
• Coordinate routine maintenance/repair schedules.
• Maintain maintenance database and ensure tasks meet schedule.
