Job summary

Responsibilities

• Checks that all maintenance and repairs requests are carried out in line with the service level agreement.
• Provides support with distribution of and response to all facilities service requests.
• Ensures daily building inspections and safety compliance.
• Documents and reports on maintenance progress to management.
• Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs schedules.
• Maintains maintenance database and updates records.
• Ensures facilities, offices and equipment meet required standards and service levels.
• Liaises with internal and external stakeholders including security and cleaning staff.
• Escalates non-performance to management.
• Performs other tasks as required by management.
