Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines seeks an experienced Facilities Repair & Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and readiness of company facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment in Metro Manila. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained work environment while leading maintenance operations.

You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate renovations, manage vendor contracts, and drive continuous improvements in facility performance to sustain smooth business

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing maintenance across multiple trades in commercial/industrial settings.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and coordinating contractors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to implement preventive maintenance programs and optimize operations.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and infrastructure.
• Schedule repairs, renovations, and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and policies.
• Supervise maintenance teams across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and more.
• Source and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Monitor budgets and optimize costs while maintaining service.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Respond to facility issues and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance.
