Job summary

Meta Capital Incorporated is seeking a Facilities and Property Associate in Makati, Philippines. The role supports the Property Management Department with inspections, maintenance, and coordination with brokers and tenants.

The successful candidate will assist with routine facilities tasks, supervise external contractors, and help ensure all assets are safe, compliant, and ready for occupancy. Strong communication and basic carpentry/electrical knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in buildings or facilities management preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry basics.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections and coordinate with brokers and tenants.
• Support Facility Manager with routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Supervise third‑party contractors and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and escalate urgent issues to management.
• Maintain vacant units in clean, secure, and market-ready condition.
