Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Property Management Assistant to provide preventive maintenance for the Head Office and related electrical engineering tasks. The role includes handling repairs and reviewing contractor billings to support building operations at Metrobank Center, BGC, Taguig.

You will supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, monitor ITSP tickets, and oversee power and climate control systems to ensure safe, reliable facilities for the bank.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and housekeeping staff on daily tasks and contractor services.
• Conduct routine inspections for housekeeping and electrical layouts.
• Monitor ITSP tickets and delegate work to technicians.
• Oversee generators, UPS, and air conditioning during outages and fluctuations.
• Troubleshoot emergency electrical/engineering issues and suggest upgrades.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, permits, and vendor documentation.
• Prepare requisitions and reports; track power and water use.
• Coordinate with vendors, review quotes and billing, and liaise with tenants.
