Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Places Supervisor to lead facilities operations across multiple sites in the Philippines, delivering service excellence with safety and efficiency.

You will manage trackers, inventory, and vendor coordination, while supervising facilities staff and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Strong English communication and multi-site experience are a plus, with flexibility for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in facilities supervision or equivalent.
• Proven customer-service orientation and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating with procurement, sourcing, logistics and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers and inventory; document logs for centralized reporting.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely service delivery per site.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and safety compliance across sites.
• Ensure facilities are ready for daily employee use and compliant with safety standards.
• Delegate tasks to facilities staff; monitor cleanliness and maintenance; manage budgets.
