Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of facilities and administration management experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of building systems (HVAC, generators, etc.).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CLSSYB) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams responsible for facilities operations.
• Manage planning, operations, and maintenance service delivery.
• Liaise with landlords for premises-related matters.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Conduct regular facilities operations audits.
