Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Places Supervisor in the Philippines to lead facilities operations across multiple sites. You’ll oversee inventory, trackers, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering reliable service.

You’ll coordinate with procurement, sourcing, logistics, and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, delegate tasks to facilities staff, and respond to evolving business needs, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience with a strong customer-service orientation.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Experience coordinating with contractors and facilities; strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring tracker and inventory are maintained and reports uploaded for centralized reporting.
• Communicates requirements across departments (procurement, sourcing, logistics, engagement assistance).
• Oversees preventive maintenance of places equipment and facilities; ensures safety standards and repairs/upgrades as needed.
• Ensures facilities ready for daily employee needs; maintains health and safety compliance; plans refurbishments and coordinates vendors.
• Delegates cleaning/maintenance tasks, runs routine inspections, manages budgets and timelines, and adheres to safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned
