Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Places Manager to oversee admin and facilities operations for its Manila and Laguna sites. You will build and mentor on-site teams, ensure building systems run reliably, and partner with cross-functional groups to support business growth.

This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, covering preventive maintenance, project execution, vendor management, and cost control to maintain a top-tier workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of facilities and administration management experience, including leading multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team responsible for day-to-day facilities and admin operations across the Manila and Laguna sites.
• Build and develop a high-performing, well-motivated team with strong morale.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for admin and facilities operations across the Manila and Laguna sites.
• Develop and administer planned preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely reactive maintenance within SLAs.
• Lead planning and execution of minor moves, restacks, renovations, and upliftment projects.
• Liaise with landlords and coordinate facilities escalations, events, and project liaison work.
• Manage transportation and shipping services, including vendor liaison and audits.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver workplace experience and sustainability programs.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget service delivery.
