Ubiquity seeks a Places Supervisor to lead facilities operations across multiple sites in the Philippines, delivering service excellence with safety and efficiency.
You will manage trackers, inventory, and vendor coordination, while supervising facilities staff and ensuring health and safety standards are met. Strong English communication and multi-site experience are a plus, with flexibility for night shifts.

Ensure all trackers and inventory are maintained. Document and process scanned logs uploaded by each of the assigned site specialists and security for centralized reporting of inventory and monitoring of trackers, incident reports, and safety monitoring or risk assessments.
Communicates to each department’s various requirements (procurement, sourcing, logistics, engagement assistance and document requirement processing) and ensures its delivery per request per site.
Monitors and implements or recommends preventive maintenance for all places' equipment and facilities across assigned sites. Ensuring all needed standards are met, repaired and/or upgraded as needed.
Ensure that the facility is ready for all employee needs daily. All building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures. Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements. Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments. Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors. Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol
Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members. Run routine maintenance inspections. Monitor interior and exterior areas of buildings for cleanliness and general conservation. Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures. Support maintenance and installation work as needed.

At least three years’ work-related experience with a strong customer-service orientation.
Has strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Has client-facing responsibilities in previous and/or current work.
Has good organization, coordinating, and multi-tasking skills.
Willing to report to a changing work shift based on business needs, including night shift.
Experience with high volume administrative / production environments.
Experience with dealing/managing contractors/skilled trades.
Able to make/discern day-to-day decisions.
Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
Experienced in handling customer calls and requests, dealing with resolutions, and providing regular feedback until closure to stakeholders.
Experience with multiple facilities or related industries is a plus.
Experience with BPO setup is a plus.
A graduate of any four-year course, preferably degrees related to office and/or business administration.
Equivalent of 5 years' experience working as a Facilities Supervisor.
He/she possesses basic legal understanding of facilities-related compliance matters (such as PEZA, LGU, DOLE, OSH, etc.).
Has well-developed communication and presentation skills. Must possess maturity, as this person requires dealing with a diverse group of people and stakeholders.
