Qualifications

• Education as stated: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate degree in related field.
• 2–4 years in facilities management, property management, or admin roles relevant to facilities.
• Experience with work order systems and coordinating with vendors is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Log, track, and prioritize maintenance requests in CMMS; monitor timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for service delivery.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Support space planning, moves, and office reconfigurations with stakeholders.
• Maintain safety/compliance records and coordinate drills and inspections.
• Prepare reports on work orders, vendor performance, and budget tracking.
• Act as reception point for facility inquiries and communicate disruptions.
