Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Booking meeting rooms; managing office supplies; handling maintenance paperwork; updating phone directory and brochures.
• Overseeing on-site contractors; coordinating vendors and services.
• Call logging; logging complaints; generating work orders; following up on completion.
• Emergency evacuation procedures and health & safety reviews participation.
• Collaborating with Administration on invoice payments; coordinating with Engineering/Facilities on work orders.
