Qualifications

• 3–4 years in facility or property administration, hospitality, or service coordination.
• Experience supporting accounting tasks or deliverables is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations as per client scope.
• Manage client service requests and respond to complaints.
• Assist budget goals and forecasting for services.
• Track service budgets and expenses, process invoices and POs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly service reports and metrics.
• Manage contracts with service vendors and ensure SLA compliance.
