Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 7-10 years in facilities management with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and energy systems; building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts, building strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Direct all facilities operations including preventive and reactive maintenance, vendor management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure safety/compliance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, inspections, and regulatory communications.
• Contribute to strategic planning for FMOD, opportunities for growth, and client presentations.
• Prepare reports on performance, budgeting, and client communications.
