The role supports facilities management operations across assets and assists Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. You will contribute to maintaining smooth facility performance and client satisfaction. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of relevant experience, plus strong MS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills, including calculation of percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers, ensuring procedures and reporting formats are understood.
• Allocate work orders and schedule repairs from requests.
• Review data from work orders and present performance and progress reports to management.
• Review vendor paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Inspect rooms and furniture to identify repair or renovation needs.
• Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Research new services and appliances to improve operations.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems; propose new techniques when needed.
• Impact own team and related teams; suggest improvements to processes to boost efficiency.
