Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Facilities Associate/Engineer to ensure site operation standards, oversee soft and hard services, and manage facility maintenance programs.

You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, prepare routine reports, and support construction and branding work while ensuring compliance with CNX policies. This role is onsite in the Philippines and requires a hands-on, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of HVAC and building maintenance systems.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Implement site facility operation standards and SLAs.
• Oversee soft services: housekeeping, messenger, mail, events, logistics, helpdesk.
• Oversee hard services: repairs, maintenance, vendor coordination.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports on repairs, maintenance, logistics, and tickets.
• Collaborate with internal customers to identify facility needs.
• Participate in audits and ensure CNX policy compliance.
• Manage PR/PO and invoicing; support special projects.
