Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, safety, and security across company facilities in Quezon City. The role drives service delivery, budget control, and continuous improvement to ensure compliant, clean, and productive work environments.

You will lead vendor relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep buildings safe and efficient while supporting business continuity and workplace experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, safety, and security programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and emergency preparedness.
• Develop relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
• Lead facility improvement projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage departmental budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise facility staff and promote safety, teamwork, and service excellence.
