Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Facilities Engineer/Associate to ensure site operation standards, oversee soft and hard services, and coordinate with Real Estate - Facilities Management to maintain quality service and timely response to facility concerns.

The role focuses on asset management, reports, compliance with CNX standards, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and supporting governance of workplace projects on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Board Passer preferred).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines.
• Detail-oriented and site-focused.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building maintenance.
• Willing to work onsite and in shifting roles.
• Excellent coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site-specific facility operation standards and processes.
• Oversee soft services including housekeeping, mail room, and events.
• Oversee hard services covering repairs, fit-outs, and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with third parties to monitor service level agreements and report non-compliance.
• Prepare and update standard reports on site repairs, maintenance, mail, logistics, and client visits.
• Collaborate with internal customers to address facility requirements and minimize disruption.
• Ensure site compliance with CNX policies and maintain quality records.
• Participate in admin activities like problem-resolution and data gathering.
