Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is hiring a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance and overall management of client facilities in Alabel, Sarangani, Philippines. You will balance technical oversight with exceptional client service, partnering with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable facility solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years’ facilities management experience, strong leadership and proficiency in

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of facilities management experience.
Experience handling hard and soft services.
Ability to lead a team and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance and preventive schedules.
Oversee third‑party vendors and service contractors to meet contractual obligations.
Develop and monitor operating budgets, including variance reporting and capex planning.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental policies and local codes/OSHA.
Serve as primary point of contact for client/tenant service requests with timely resolution.
Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain property standards.
Utilize CMMS to track activities and analyze data.
Lead on-site support teams to foster service excellence.
