Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and overall management of client facilities. You will balance technical oversight with exceptional client service, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver world‑class facility solutions.

The role requires a 5+ year background in facilities management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. Expect a 6‑day work week with shifting schedules and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in hard and soft services.
• Facilities management experience is required.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance and preventive schedules.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and contractors to meet contracts and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets, including variance reporting and capex planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environmental policies and codes.
• Serve as primary contact for client and tenant service requests with timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain standards.
• Utilize CMMS or other work order platforms to track activities and analyze data.
• Lead and develop on‑site teams to foster service excellence.

About the Role:

As a Facilities Manager at CBRE, you are the cornerstone of our operational excellence. You will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of assigned client facilities. This role demands a proactive professional who can balance technical oversight with exceptional client service, ensuring that our properties operate efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with our clients' strategic business objectives. You will partner with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver world-class facility solutions.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Oversee third-party vendors and service contractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and high-quality standards.
• Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, including variance reporting and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental policies, including adherence to local building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and tenant service requests, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain property standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other work order platforms to track activities and analyze data.
• Lead and develop on‑site support teams to foster a culture of service and operational efficiency

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in handling both hard and soft services
• Facilities Management Background is required
• People Skills- ability to handle and manage a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Amenable working on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
