Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Facilities Manager in Alabel, Sarangani, Philippines to oversee daily operations, maintenance and client satisfaction for assigned facilities. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

You will lead on‑site teams, drive service excellence, and implement preventive maintenance programs using CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5+ years in hard and soft services.
• Facilities Management background is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work a rotating schedule, 6 days a week.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations including maintenance and proactive upkeep.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and contractors to meet standards.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and capex planning.
• Ensure health, safety, security and environmental compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for client and tenant service requests.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain standards.
• Use CMMS/work order platforms to track activities and data.
• Lead on‑site teams to foster service and efficiency.
