Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Mumbai is seeking a Facility Executive/Manager to lead the on-site FM team, oversee the front office, janitorial operations, and key vendor relationships, ensuring services meet client needs and SLAs. You will coordinate with site leaders to support meetings, relocations and events, while maintaining compliant facilities.

The role requires managing help desk operations, regular floor inspections, and sustaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in facility management.
• Three years’ experience as facility executive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offsite record management and document control.
• Review supplier performance to ensure contractual obligations.
• Conduct routine floor inspections and ensure safety standards.
• Monitor Help Desk and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• Manage pantry, janitorial, and front office services to maintain a clean, efficient environment.
• Coordinate with site leaders on problems and working environment improvements.
