Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of buildings in Metro Manila. You will supervise staff, manage daily activities, coordinate repairs, and drive capital projects while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role focuses on cost control, vendor management, and delivering reliable facilities services to clients, leveraging CMMS systems and MS Office tools to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with relevant FM experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and mentoring
• Knowledge of workplace safety and risk assessment
• Understanding of financial terms and capex budgeting
• Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and CMMS

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set work schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships; conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and recommend improvements; ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review quotes for procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
