Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience in budgeting and capital planning beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage team activities, set deadlines, and mentor staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Review vendor quotations and manage procurement of parts and services.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
