Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager in Metro Manila to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance across a portfolio of facilities. This role focuses on staff supervision, training, and ensuring high-quality facility services in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant FM experience, with a valid driver's license and a preference for certification in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years FM experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building operations and maintenance for facilities.
• Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and support recruitment.
• Plan and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues.
• Ensure EH&S procedures for facilities.
• Review quotes and manage vendor invoicing for projects.
• Lead training on maintenance, safety, and procedures.
