Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Account Operations Manager to direct maintenance staff and safety programs for small to mid-sized facilities. The role sits within Contract Quality Management, ensuring delivery of contracted services.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, identify sales opportunities, and manage vendor performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Licensed EE/ME with strong facilities management experience.
• Experience leading staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ability to guide communication of complex information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities staff, monitor training, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Promote capabilities and identify opportunities to prospects/clients.
• Track vendor performance and ensure price/service level compliance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Develop operational service delivery playbooks and plans.
• Evaluate utility cost structures and propose reductions.
• Monitor maintenance effectiveness against KPIs.
• Conduct client account inspections and address issues with clients.
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to agreements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to meet objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
