Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline as stated.
• Licensed engineer preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in facilities management or related fields.
• Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management.
• Proficient in CMMS/BMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.




• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Building Management System (BMS) is an advantage.
