ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of company facilities in Metro Manila. The role ensures regulatory compliance, manages building systems, and leads improvement and energy-efficiency initiatives.
The successful candidate will supervise facilities staff, coordinate with contractors, and optimize preventive maintenance programs while monitoring budgets and utility usage.
The Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of company facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing building systems, preventive maintenance, vendors, and facility improvement projects.
Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, mechanical, and building regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility services and projects.
Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and utility consumption.
Lead facility improvement, renovation, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Respond to facility-related emergencies and implement corrective actions.
Supervise facilities personnel and ensure service quality.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering course.
Preferably a Licensed Engineer (e.g., REE, RME, or equivalent), but not required.
At least 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or property maintenance.
Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and facility operations.
Familiarity with safety regulations, building codes, and facility compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Building Management System (BMS) is an advantage.
