Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of facilities management or property maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical and mechanical operations.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
• Strong leadership, communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CMMS/BMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, mechanical, and building regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Building Management System (BMS) is an advantage.
