Job summary

PESOResourcesDevelopmentCorp. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of building systems and facility equipment in the Philippines.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and coordinating repair activities to ensure reliable facility operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional license is an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in facilities engineering, building maintenance, property management, or a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to identify and resolve equipment-related concerns.
  • Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar office applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facility equipment.
  • Monitor the condition and performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems.
  • Inspect equipment and identify maintenance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of facility equipment and systems.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor spare parts and maintenance supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Work with internal teams and external service providers to complete maintenance activities.
  • Assist in implementing maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.
