Job summary

SUNCOAST BRANDS INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Metro Manila, Pasig City to oversee maintenance teams and contractors. You will assign work, monitor progress, and ensure preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.

The role requires a graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology or related technical field, with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology or related technical programs are preferred.
• Experience supervising maintenance or facilities teams is required.
• Knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) is essential.
• Ability to prepare and maintain maintenance reports and records is needed.

• Supervise maintenance technicians, utility personnel, and contractors.
• Assign work schedules and monitor manpower and task completion.
