Oversees budget planning (OPEX/CAPEX), drives operational performance through KPIs and SLAs, and ensures adherence to regulatory, client, and industry standards.

• Ensure business continuity and site preparedness through effective contingency planning for emergencies and disruptions.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategic business and resource plans to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational objectives.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, infrastructure management, and workplace safety programs.
