Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Facilities Management, Operations, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of PCI, HIPAA, SSAE, and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Knowledgeable in internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and government-mandated requirements.
• Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Facilities and Operations teams to ensure smooth, day-to-day operations.
• Implement and maintain EHS programs and management systems, including safety training and compliance initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets for cost efficiency.
• Ensure business continuity and site preparedness through contingency planning.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
