The Private Advertiser in Manila is seeking a Head of Facilities Management for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple sites, directing planning, preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and space utilization.

Candidates will lead multi-site teams, manage budgets, coordinate with operations, finance, procurement and vendors, and drive cost-effective improvements while supporting long-term asset strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Facility Management, including maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Analytical skills to evaluate facility performance and support decisions.
• Budgeting experience for operating and capital expenditures.
• Proven multi-site team leadership and talent development.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across departments.
• Willing to work on-site in Manila and travel as needed.
• At least 5 years of FM experience.

The Head of Facilities Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency for multiple sites or facilities. This role directs facilities planning and execution, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs, building systems performance, and space utilization across multiple site formats and locations. The Head of Facilities Management collaborates with operations, finance, procurement, and external vendors to manage budgets, optimize contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and projects. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring facilities Managers, setting performance standards and responding to urgent facility issues. The role also involves reviewing data and reports to identify trends, drive cost-effective improvements, and support long-term asset management strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Facility Management (FM), including maintenance operations, building systems, and vendor coordination.

• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating facility performance, interpreting data, and supporting decision-making.

• Demonstrated Budgeting experience in planning, monitoring, and optimizing facilities operating and capital expenditures.

• Proven Team Management capabilities in leading multi-site facilities teams, setting goals, and developing talent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably Licensed.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments and levels.

• Willingness to work on-site in Manila and travel to various locations as needed.

• At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity.
