Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks a Facilities Management Associate to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across our facilities, monitor building systems, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace.

You will support electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, generator, and other facility-related needs while coordinating with service providers and maintaining facility records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year college degree in business studies/administration/management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in facilities management or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of company facilities, offices, warehouses, workshops, and other company properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, utilities, equipment, and common areas to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, generator, and other building systems.

Job description

• AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A FACILITIES MANGEMENT OR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ROLE, PREFERABLY IN A FAST-PACED, CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT
