Job summary

BMW Philippines is seeking a facilities manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of company buildings and facilities in the Metro Manila area. The role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and effective contractor management to keep facilities safe and functional.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years in facilities management, and certifications in safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in building or facilities management.
• Certified Safety Officer (BOSH) required.
• Knowledge of OSH reporting and regulatory compliance.
• PCO certification required.
• Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and contractor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings and facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and submit inspection reports.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Verify maintenance service billings and cost allocation.
• Evaluate contractor performance and report issues.
• Oversee processing of Materials Receiving Reports (MRR).
• Monitor issuance of work and material/equipment gate passes.
• Assist in mid-year and year-end inventory of facilities and supplies.
• Prepare and submit OSH reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, waste disposal, and recycling regulations.
• Coordinate major repair and maintenance projects.
• Review maintenance contracts and lease agreements.
• Perform other duties related to facilities management.
