Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Philippines (Pampanga) to maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems, ensuring reliable operation of mechanical and electrical equipment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, assist with installation and modification of equipment, review work orders, and support energy management to keep building systems efficient and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience (or combination of education and experience).
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Clear communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by keeping building systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Deliver output under supervision by following defined procedures.
